Hassle-Free Returns

Please contact me if you are not satisfied with your order, before leaving your review. I only accept returns within 7 days of arrival. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and  any loss in value. If an item isn't returned in original condition, you  will not get a full refund. 

For a return and refund to be accepted:

• Must be requested within 7 days of arrival to your destination.
• Must be returned in original condition.
• Must be an adequate reason. I will not accept a return simply because you changed your mind.
• Use the contact information on your invoice to initiate your return.
• You will receive your refund once the item is received. The refund will not include shipping cost.
• Communication is the key. Please do not hesitate to let me know your concerns prior to requesting a return/refund.
